Did You Read The Terms & Conditions Of The Site?

First I should ask you a question, did you read the terms and conditions of the site? If you didn't read the terms you are not alone most people don't read the terms of a website, they are too long and usually very boring. The problem is that this is how many dating sites reveal exactly how they deceive and scam people. And you had to agree to the terms and conditions before you can even create a dating profile on that site. So what exactly is in the terms and conditions? In the terms and conditions they admit to creating fake female profiles that they use for "marketing purposes". They also admit to sending out electronic communications which include email and instant messages. These emails and instant messages are not actually coming from real women but they are coming from computer software programs that are used by the dating site itself to deceive and manipulate free members into upgrading to a paid membership. We have included the most important part of the terms and conditions below for you to read. The paragraphs were taken directly off the website.

  • 2.2 We create user profiles for use by our customer support representatives for the support, marketing and improvement of the Service. Our customer support representatives are encouraged to speak with our members and also to stimulate conversation between members by making introductions or recommendations. This is a vital part of the Service we provide. Should you wish not to be contacted in this way you can alter your preferences by visiting the 'My Account' section of this website.
  • 2.3 We may, from time to time, send electronic communications to ask how our members are using certain aspects of the Service and to stimulate conversation between members.

terms

Instant Messages Within Minutes Of Signing up

Within minutes of registering on the site we already had instant messages from a local women. And obviously since we've already discussed that the terms and conditions clearly talk the use of instant messages for marketing purposes this was no doubt fake instant messages sent from a illegitimate women strictly to guide us into upgrading in order for us to communicate back to them.

If you look at the two screenshots I took of two different women sending us instant messages obviously they look fantastic. But, why are these women on the site and why are they contacting us when we have zero information and we have no photographs in the profile. The bottom line is there is absolutely no reason for any woman to be interested in communicating with our profile since it's empty and no photographs exist. So these women like is mentioned in the terms and conditions are strictly used for marketing purposes only, they are not real and they are just there to trick you into thinking a real girl is interested in you when they are clearly not.

Fake Girls Everywhere

We have included as evidence just a very small example of the type of women on this site (see evidence below). Obviously these are very attractive women who realistically don't need to be on a dating site. What's really going on here is that this dating site is in the business of fabricating fictitious female profiles and using those fake profiles to fill up the site with gorgeous women. The only problem is of course that the women are not real and they are not members of the dating site. So that leaves you high and dry when you purchase a paid membership thinking you're going to meet a certain girl in person for real life fun. You can never meet anyone off the site for the simple reason that these women are strictly available for you on your computer screen.

phony women

Phony Emails

Within minutes we are received a couple email messages from supposedly interested women. But since we already read the terms and conditions of the site we knew very well that these email messages were completely false and fabricated by the dating site itself. There was no women emailing us or not as the bottom line. In order to reply or even read the emails from these two fake women we of course needed to purchase a monthly subscription that cost us money. That's what it's all about the site of operating a couple completely fraudulent manner and deceptively does anything it can to push you into paying for a membership. That's what it's all about and as soon as you get that through your head you'll realize you can never meet legitimate women on this site. and of course we have corroborating evidence that is included below which is a screenshot of the two emails we received from the fake women.

  • Duncan says:

I strongly agree with what has been written regarding GetNaughty.com. Additrionally, I suspect that those profiles which appear to be rather more convincing than the 'newly joined, without approved photos' from unfeasibly young women, have been stolen from much more respectable dating sites. I submit that stated preferences within these profiles bear no relation to those suggested on the site.

    • Admin says:

We agree with you Duncan. Get Naughty is a well designed and implemented deception created to scam men in particular.

      • Melinda Clark says:

Someone made a fake profile using my pics and giving my phone number, I am being harassed and men are sending very explicit photos of themselves to me, thinking they are talking to me, this is very embarrassing to me and my family, I have children and I am asking please remove all contents of me off your site, I would like to know how to contact you.

        • seb says:

This is a blog about the website being a scam you'd have to contact the real website to get help for this. If the real website ignores you you'd have to contact police for help.

    • Rob Duffy says:

I did a 3 day free trial a week ago and now they are charging me $1.25 a day not not once but 4 times in 1 day how can I stop this?

    • HANDSOME says:

THANKS VERY MUCH GUYS I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SUBSCRIBE. THEN I JUST DECIDED TO RESEARCH….. AM VERY HAPPY AND GREATFULL THAT I DID. THANKS VERY MUCH ONCE AGAIN.

they are not the only once. am in a site now for months all i have gotten is series of nude photos. no real contact.

    • RAY CRITCHER says:

I signed up hoping to find a partner  for the  rest of my life I  got a lot of hits I paid for 1 month  since then no women replies back to me    when you ask to meet 4 coffee in a public place they say I have to go now

To be honest…. all my life I have found it extremely  hard to find someone who will accept my illness  as I suffer from EPILEPSY…  MY sister told me this was a scam today  23  January  17….

I have no friends because of the EPILEPSY  I live alone  I am a outcast of society  when you suffer from a  mental illness  no one  wants to know you or associate  with you as they think they may catch it

Yes I am pooring my heart out here  I am very disappointed  in this dating service I have no Idea where to go from here  to find someone  to spend my life with   I guess I can try the  tranny site I just want someone  who cares and will accept me   for who I am with my illness

    • Richard says:

Your dead right about that,I saw a local lady I liked,so I tapped pay now and get naughty swallowed $70,but when I tapped on her profile all I got was web page down.I'm so disappointed because this is my first time trying this out and rip off get naughty has lied to me and probably every one else just to steal my money through deception and now because of get naughty I'm never going to put my trust in any website again.RIPOFF

  • Lee Graham says:

So were just out our money , there’s nothing we can do to recover our loss ? Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to get money back ! Thanks . Lee

  • Gregg says:

It's funny you say this because I experienced the sane with them – no pic or profile yet hungry gorgeous women coming after me!

id come to the same conclusion about Black Book where the stunners were after me….till I'd signed up for 3 months then they surprisingly went quiet.

    So I left.

Is there anyone who DOESNT pull this scam?

  • […] is connected to a bunch of web sites including HornyAsia.com, Sugarbbw.com, GetNaughty.com, Hornyplumps.com and […]

  • Billy says:

Big rip off after you pay the money you can't even login you call and complain and they tell you how sorry they are and you could have a free week and one of their other websites I haven't found one of these sites that are not a rip off yet

  • Ron says:

scam, was in contact by a women and found out that she was lying, wanted money and for me to do something for her. went on for a month and it has ened now. i reported the person to the site and they did nothing about it. total ripp off

  • Ryan says:

I knew it was a bloody scam! Thanks guys for just confirming this for me. I got quite a lot of messages off girls from pretty much anywhere but the UK lol they all said that they were just in the area for a while or studying here, very strange! Also most of the private messages to me contained weird lettering, such as the number 5 instead of an S and accents over the letter e. It just made no real sense other than automatically computer generated messages. All the girls just wanted me to access their web cams but I had to put my card details in for verification purposes first, no charges they kept saying lol needless to say I didn't do that! Cancelled my membership after just paying for one month.

  • Matt says:

Yeah its totaly a scam, only found out after paying for the membership when i noticed approx 70% of the profiles i looked at were exactly the same just with different photos, then i get a message from a lady that was written in broken english, so after ignoring her immediate request for my email address i asked where she was from, to which she replied "i from ireland" except her profile said she was from my area just 15km away, on the other side of the world.

Lesson learned i guess, shouldve googled it first

  • Noodler says:

I was lured to GetNaughty from another (free) site.  She or a spambot emailed me from a real email address and said to join there.  I wasn't thinking and paid.  Then a hot woman's profile messaged me saying I couldn't meet anyone unless I paid a further $255.  It's an incredibly elaborate ruse when you think about it.  There must be real people typing or cutting and pasting standard responses from what I can tell.  I feel so stupid.  If it's overseas, then I guess there is no recourse.

  • Mic Mac says:

This is not the only scam.  I knew someone who worked on a message service.  blokes would buy 'bundles' of messages and use them to chat to women.  The profile of the woman stayed the same but the replies were done by hundreds of women.  A 'chat stream' would pop up.  she would scan the last couple of messages and reply carrying on the conversation, before moving onto next one.  The bloke thinks he's chatting to same woman. They make bloke believe they are going to meet, but each time he brings it up, whoever is answering they use prescribed reasons why they can't.  She gets 15p per message she sends and some blokes keep chatting for years

  • Paul g says:

Total scam. I thought it was so I created a new profile account and changed the town I lived in.then the same women on the site appeared and suddenly their towns were near me also when I purposely made out I was hundreds miles away.

  • Danny says:

Anyone know how to stop the payments coming out of your account?

  • George says:

This site managed to rip me of for about $100. I wanted to try a three days trial membership. I typed my card data and clicked "continue" or "ok," don't remember. Then another site came up with only a "continue" button. I thought I had to click this to come back to the dating lists, so I did. Then came another page with also only a "continue" button. I clicked again and came back to the dating lists. Soon after I got an e-mail telling me that I had payed not only for a three days trial membership, but also a months subscription plus another service I don't even know what is for all together about $100. I complained by answering their e-mail, but got no reply. Then I tried to send a message from inside their web-site, but when clicking the "send" button," nothing happened. I think it is quite a clever way  of tricking people for their money. But once for sure, I intend to stay far away from sites like this in the future.

  • Paul says:

How Can we sue the scum bags ? I have been ripped off too. I am still trying to delete the account and they wont collaborate. I mailed the support to delete my account and stop charging me. i have to change my Card now to a new Credit Card over them fucking wankers that shoud be all lined up against the wall and shot between the fucking eyes.

    • scott says:

dude it's a scam all these online sex /fuck sights are fake. I live in a town of 300 people all white. yet these sights show Asian n Hispanic girls on the beach… bro ya it's a scam

    • geoffrey says:

instead of using your real credit card just by a pre paid 1 they cant charge after the money runs out on the card

  • Sue says:

Sad to say but i saw Get Naughty on my husbands phone so i did a little investigation myself and after seeing what all you men have commented i think it is best to report the site to the BBB and tell them what is going on. You may have to hire a lawyer to get your money back but im sure if you have wasted your hard earned money on a site with women who apprently have no respect for themselves then you can afford a lawyer right? Why don't any of you try to have this sight completely removed if it is a scam?

    • Cj says:

I just had a friend messaged me this will be the third time saying my picture is up on this site. I don't know how it got up on there I am married and I have done everything trying to get them to take it off and they tell me its not on there. I have no idea what to do to get my picture off of there. So I definitely would not fear that your husband is doing anything behind your back.

      • Admin says:

contact naughtydate.com by email [email protected] or call them at 1-800-489-6091 tell them they are using your photo without your permission.

        • Ld says:

My boyfriend has this popping up on his phone daily yet he says he hasn't paid for it in a year and doesn't know how to remove it. How can he get them to stop sending msgs

      • geoffrey says:

remove the pic so cant see the pic in the profile looks like its hard to cancel account. so when the pic pops up remove it

    • Jimmy says:

I hardly think spending $30 dollars for a membership places a person in the 'you can afford a lawyer' bracket.

    • scott up says:

I'm sorry as a man. if your husband is cheating then talk with me. i want u.

    • Jude says:

Hi Sue, same thing I saw a young female on FB friends with my husband and after doing a bit of investigating myself found the FB profile was linked to getnaughty lived in our suburb, only had 17 friends whom where from around the globe and different photos of different women claiming to be the same person i have come across this web site thankgod telling me its a scam.

  • Sonu says:

    Hello

  • Cj says:

I am at a loss of what to do with this site. I have had friends find my picture on this site I am not registered. I am married and have children but yet my picture is on this site. I have contacted them many times about removing it but yet three weeks down the road its back on. Suggestions anyone please

  • James says:

How do you cancel your subscription from get naughty. I've hit unsubscribe but not sure if that's all you do

    • geoffrey says:

go to billing cancel billing either email or ring and then go to cancel account and do the same block there email account on your email

  • Daniel Crosland says:

My name is Daniel Crosland I was tricked into going into get naughty.com and sign up for a free account I have not upgrade my free my membership to a payed membership and I am not going to upgrade my free member ship I have not played anything and I have not given them my credit card details will they still charge me

  • Some Guy says:

Some of the conversations really sound genuine – like they’re at least being typed by somebody – but most are obviously auto replies from a chatterbox looking for key words etc. Every time I asked about hometowns etc, conversation stopped dead…

  • crazy8000 says:

For those that think you have to do with a outo reply or a cut and past, you can begin to ask questions sudenly out of context in a longer mail, do they not anser it they don't really read it. you could say Busted then 😀

  • kim v w says:

signed up about 2 months ago , and trying to desperately unsubscribe, how do I do this, or do I go to my bank and get them to put a hold on my account from these scum suckers

    Kim

    • eddy says:

just phone your bank tell them you have lost your card and will they cancel it and send you new one    Just remember not to use old one after you have done this  and then they can take no more money from your account

    • gav says:

taken me an age of jumping through hoops to unsubscribe, and i also contacted my bank to ensure they dont try take anymore money..

  • Shan says:

YES, total scam and still running.

Another aspect to the set up is that, THERE ARE real women on the site but your communication to them are blocked. So they try to contact you and start a chat but your responses wont go through.

To get rid of them, delete your account and cancel your card.

Is there any way to get them or inform people of this assholes?

  • Jason says:

I joined the site for a three day trial and one of the admins informed me that I needed to do a verification badge thing with my credit card and was told on the email that I violated some rule and i could be fined.  I tried the verification thing and it wouldnt go through and then discovered that an alternative site was a link to some pornography site.  I cancelled my membership and account and was told I would receive a bill directly in my mail.

  • Smart Eddie says:

Gentleman you need to try utube and watch the videos of the guy who does the reviews on all these sites from the Virgin islands.THEY ARE ALL A SCAM.But if you must think with your Penis then sign up USING A CREDIT CARD.The credit card company will probably deny your charge cause they know these companys are scams !!!! But if they let you procede just call and dispute the charge and tell them your card has been compromised and close it and open a new one with a new number.they will charge the amt back to the scammers.

  • chris says:

Does this also apply to the just get naughty.com website too?.

  • al says:

this company is a total fraud and scan artists, the comany is classified as an escort agency. fraudulent pop ups and clicks are set up to snare people into their scam game. stay away do not click anything and definietly do not give your credit card information.

  • Kevin O'Hara says:

I keep getting emails from this email [email protected] saying that if I don't verify a hook up ID then they're gonna charge 900$ a month and send me to court. I called and they took me off the email list. Ive changed my card already, i was just wondering if they could actually take me to court

  • Jimmy says:

I have used a similar site maybe 3 years ago, but it I forget the name now. It has exactly the same user interface as getnaughty and benaughty althit. ough this may have changed in the time since I used it. It has the exact same profiles although some have slightly diferent locations but same pics.  Thankfully i didnt pay for it. These days when I try out a dting site I leave my profile blank just to see what happens. It doesnt take long to find out if it is a scam or not. If you are getting messages with a blank profile its pretty much guaranteed that the site is a one massive scam. How the hell this is legal is beyond me.

    • Kevin O'Hara says:

Its legal because the sites are completely based outside of the United States. So therefore the U.S. can't do anything about it.

  • Matt says:

It seemed way to good to be true, thanks for provideing a resourse to confirm my suspitions.

  • gav says:

i actually googled tinder to get onto a dateing site and this get naughty was hiding in there, it wasnt untill i had paid that i realised i wasnt on tinder at all.. assholes..

  • gav says:

where are all the hackers when you really need them, take this site down.. do some real good… empty the bank accounts…

  • james torrance says:

what i have discovered i live in Scotland i keep on getting messages that someone wants me now 1-2-3- miles from me in Leeds,Shefield, Manchester,it is not only this site if you brouse a site but stop when asked payment details and unsubscribe they ignore it and pester you first met emails me constantly.

  • Tiffany says:

I kinda think its funny. Cuz my so called Husband signed up paying all this money to have a secret affair not thinking i wud find out. I think karma is a bitch. Nothing against u honest people that lost money.

  • Ps says:

I just reported them to the police they or someone with a mail I found out but it's not mine used it to register and pay with my account

  • Mark says:

Hi I was contacted by a gorgeous woman on one of the more legitimate sites. It said she was from the next town to me. She sent me her private email and things were going OK. Then she said she couldn't meet up because she is now back home in wait for it……… Malaysia. Anyway we carried on emailing each other for a while and then she started laying it on thick. Next thing she is asking for thirteen hundred pounds sterling for a visa so she could come and see me. I checked with the home office and it's 87 pound by the way.  Then my friend tells me she is on several sites related to get naughty. I checked it out she is there her profile name is bakatu if all you guys want to check her out. The moral of this I suppose is if it seems to good to be true it usually is.

Ps she really does live in Malaysia because she phoned me several times from there she was really convincing.

  • John says:

I have just been scammed by them, the site doesnt even allow you to change your emailadress so you can make messages go to a hidden Hotmail account.

They only let you change Time zone and Location TOTAL WANKERS

  • John says:

I have just finally managed to re-set my email address to a dead Hotmail account, I suggest you do this before cancellation of subscription.

Once you cancel and your account is no longer live you cannot change your details

You will receive constant barrage of email offers that you can’t turn off. Total  B****DS

  • Jack McAuliffe says:

I want to unsubscribe can't find  how to do it on getnaughty site please help John

  • Joseph A. Cruz says:

Yes they are professional scammers and they will steal all of your money that you worked for and leave you with a zero balance from your bank account before you know it. If that you have got frog protection. If you do get ripped off from a fake dating site, just to keep in mine you have to start all over again with a new card that will take you 7 to 10 business days for you to get another card. To keep in mine also you have to go with out no money until you get paid again !. Yes i have learned a avluable lesson from all the fake dating sites i was out of town i was in Georgia and i was driving back home to Tennessee and when i pulled in the gas station to get gas for my car my card said DECLINED ! The fake dating site had ripped me off with a zero balance, I have drove 184 miles and i had to go 66 miles to make it back home, from that right there had pissed me off, almost left me stranded at the gas station, the only thing that i had pocket change and i just made it home on fumes. These are cold blood scammers and they just don't care!.  Just think before you pay, if it's fake or not.You have got to research it first and don't get fooled again!.

  • Wes says:

I live in a small country town and according to GetNaughty there are more hot gorgeous women living within a few mile from me than there are actual real people (men and women) put together.

I wish to be unsubscribed and deleted from your files please.  If this act is not done by noon tomorrow 8-24-2017 I will go to the authorities and sue you for approximately 4 million dollars.  This lawsuit could be for much more.  I do not intend to be mean spirited I appreciate the emails.  However, I am going to remarry my wife. I am going to move back in with my family.  I was going through a divorce and separation which were uncontested and amicable.  However, I am really through with your services.

    Thank You!
