Overview
You probably came here to find out if SpiceDates.com is a real hook-up site with real girls or if it's a scam. We've done all of the due diligence for you, all you need to do is read our investigative report that we've written. A little word of advice is to always keep your guard up when you're on the internet. When they say if it sounds too good to be true it rings especially true when it comes to hookup sites.
Connections To Other Scams In The Industry
This site has a connection to many different dating sites that we've already investigated, reviewed and exposed for being fake. These websites include the following: LocalHussies.com, XAttract.com, MegaFlirt.com, TrueBootyCall.com, PassionDesire.com, SexEncounters.com, and NaughtyMatches.com. All these websites including Spice Dates have the same general look and feel to them. What does change is the name of the website, and some of the graphics but overall every single site is a copycat of one another. Also the wording on all the websites including the terms and conditions page and privacy policy is exactly the same.
The reason we're pointing this out is we're trying to give you the most possible evidence to show you why this site is a scam. The first reason like we've already stated is that it has connections to other fake dating sites that we've already written reviews on.
The Site Admits To Creating Computer Generated Virtual Profiles
The second piece of evidence that shows that this website is not legitimate is found on the very front page of the site. We took a screenshot of it, take a look below. Circled in red below it states that "you agree to receive communications from computer-generated virtual profiles". What the hell is a computer-generated virtual profile? A computer-generated virtual profile is a dating profile that has been artificially created by staff members who work for SpiceDates.com.
This website is nothing but a mirage. They've built a website to look like a dating site. But they're missing many key elements including real women. Since there aren't very many real women joining this website what they've done is created their own bogus dating profiles. By creating hundreds of pretend female profiles when you visit the members area of the website you think there's lots of local horny women looking for sex. What you don't realize is that all these females are fake and their profiles have been systematically built to deceive you into using their site. Even in the terms and conditions page in section i 6 they openly tell us that they "post fictitious profiles" on their own website. For the record it is 100% provable that this website creates fake profiles, case closed!
(Above is a screenshot we took of the homepage Circle and red they admit to creating computer-generated virtual profiles.)
The Use Of Stolen Photos To Create Phony Profile Pages
Everywhere you look there is hot women, but guess what they are all fake! This website is crawling with phony profiles. We would consider this the third piece of evidence showing you various fake profiles that are using pictures that are stolen from other websites. They copy the photographs from other websites including adult image sites and then they create fictitious profiles AKA computer-generated profiles that they then use on their own website. Below we've included just a small sample of these fake profiles and also included the original links where you can see where these photographs have been stolen from.

Computer Chat Bots Are Sending Us Emails
Just a heads up that any emails you get on this website, and any instant messages are all fake. In section I6 of the terms and conditions page they admit they they "respond to communications this includes emails and instant messages using automated computer programs." They admit that they try to simulate how real human beings would communicate with one another but all of the dialogue in the instant messages or the emails has been generated by computer software chatbots. Any emails you receive are fictitious and sent from computers not from real local women.
(Screenshot of bogus emails sent from bots.)
They Have Employees That Are Essentially Paid Actors Trying To Deceive You into Upgrading
Also found in section I6 of the terms and conditions page is where they talk about the fact of them employing and contracting people who receive money to send you emails and send you instant messages. These people are paid to act like you want to hook up with you. The employees are not the people in the dating photos that you think you're talking to. These are completely different individuals who have one job, and that job is to get you to buy a monthly membership package and to continue paying every single month so they can make as much money as they can get out of you.
The Most Incriminating Evidence Is In The Terms Page
The terms and conditions page as we've sighted numerous times in this review has all the evidence to show anybody that this site is a scam. We've included the most important parts of the terms and conditions page below. Sentences where they admit to creating fake profiles. Sentences where they admit to using automated chatbots to send and reply to email messages. And also sentences where they admit that they have employees and contractors that are paid to chat with you and dupe you into upgrading. You can read the most important sentences below or click on this link and be taken directly to the terms and conditions page. Visit section I6 of the terms to see all the proof.
- Some of the messages you may receive, will be sent by computer generated profiles, i.e. not by a real person.
- …the Services of SPICEDATESCOM, we may post fictitious profiles, generate or respond to communications by means of automated programs or scripts that simulate or attempt to simulate your intercommunication with another real human being (though none really exists and any dialog is generated by programming)
- …we may employ or contract for the paid services of real persons who may interact with you as part of their compensated employment. While these communications may seem genuine, authentic, and personal, they may be broadcast simultaneously to a large number of persons and possess none of these qualities. While their contents may appear to be true, they may be quite false; while their contents may appear to sincere, they may be quite disingenuous.
